“I have used this service for over 20 years for trips where we don't want to leave our car at the airport or when we will be exhausted upon our return from a very long journey. I have also sent a town car for pick ups that are late at night or times when I simply don't want to drive to LAX from south Orange County. This service is so professional and so on time that it is a pleasure working with them. One time, I had my daughter picked up at LAX for what was scheduled to be 11:00 pm. Turns out, her plane was weather delayed in Chicago for 7 hours. Rather than staying up all night myself, Russ tracked the progress of the flight and drove to Ontario airport at 6 am the following morning to retrieve her. Now, that is what I call service. For the service provided and for the distances driven, I find the prices to be very reasonable and invariably pay a tip in addition.”
